Russell Hill enjoys working with people. Previous to selling real estate, Russell enjoyed a succesful career in banking that started as a college job and ended as AVP and Branch Manager. It was during this time that he cultivated his people skills, building strong customer relationships. Russell loves desert gardening and is interested in environmental and urban issues. Russell shares his life with his spouse, John, and their two Standard Poodles, Wolfie and Kosmo.

Steve Frank has spent his entire career working with customers. He started in the grocery business in High School and stayed in the industry becoming a district manager for 28 stores in one of California's leading food chains. Early on, Steve learned the value of customer service and exceeding customer expectations. Today, Steve still keeps the customer/client as the top priority. It's all about service, being responsive and communicating. Steve likes to keep involved in the community and has served on the Board of Directors for the Desert Pride Center and is currently serving on the Core Council for the Center of Spiritual Living in Palm Springs. He enjoys running and cycling and keeping fit. Steve's family is located in Orange County where he spent most of his working career and he sees them as often as he can.
